
We were commissioned by Vogue magazine to work on a story celebrating 15 of the world’s top chefs. Each of these maestros contributed a recipe that epitomised food and defined the new year for them.
Featuring heavy hitters like Albert Adria, Ferran Adria, Sergi Arola, Jehangir Mehta, Vineet Bhatia, Hari Nayak, Ritu Dalmia, Rene Redzepi, Ian Kittichai, Gaggan Anand, Monica Bhide, Ben Shewry, Vikas Khanna, Alex Sanchez and Daniel Boulud...
The best chefs deserve the best food photography and this was a challenge for us to create, style and photograph images that remained true to the vision of the chef, whilst creating beautiful images in the style required by Vogue.
A few of the chefs contributed dishes that required a bit of molecular gastronomy and we had great fun playing with Liquid Nitrogen and making transparent Gazpacho.
