The Kung Fu Kitchen series, produced by Sitting in Pictures consisted of three episodes on Chinese food – Peking Duck, Kungfu Tea and Shanxi Noodles. The fixer we assigned to this shoot complained about putting on too much weight: he just couldn’t resist culinary delights!
BladEdge provided a full range of services, including research, equipment hire, transportation and flight reservations, accommodation, fixer and crew. The 20 day shoot covered Beijing, Hangzhou and Taiyuan, and was shot entirely in high quality HD.
